1. SHIPPING AVAILABILITY
We deliver to all serviceable pin codes across India.
Your order is shipped through trusted and reputed courier partners.

2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
• All confirmed orders are processed within 1-2 working days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays)
• Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email/SMS with your tracking details

3. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
► Metro Cities - 3 to 5 business days
► Tier 2 Cities - 5 to 7 business days
► Remote/Rural Areas - 7 to 10 business days
Note: These timelines are estimated and may be affected by weather conditions, courier delays, strikes, or festivals.

4. SHIPPING CHARGES
• FREE Shipping on orders above ₹ 500/-
• Orders below ₹ 500/- will incur a flat shipping fee of ₹ 50/-
• All applicable charges will be shown clearly at checkout before payment

5. ORDER TRACKING
After dispatch, you will receive:
✓ A tracking ID via SMS/Email
✓ A tracking link to monitor real-time status on our courier partner's website

6. DELIVERY PROCESS
• Delivery will be attempted at the address provided during checkout
• Please ensure someone is available to receive the package. A valid ID may be requested
• If delivery fails, a second attempt will be made. After two failed attempts, the order may be returned to us

7. UNDELIVERED / RETURNED ORDERS
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the customer, or refusal to accept delivery:
• We will contact you to re-ship the order. Additional shipping charges may apply
• If there is no response within 7 days, the order will be cancelled and a refund will be issued (excluding shipping/handling charges)

8. DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS
If your order is damaged or lost in transit:
• Please email us at contact.beastforce@gmail.com within 48 hours with your order ID and clear photos (if damaged)
• After verification and courier investigation, we will offer a replacement or refund as applicable
